Shipping Policy

At Avida CBD we work hard to process your orders as fast as possible. We know how important it is for you to receive your products. In some instances, processing time can take up to 72 hours to receive your shipment confirmation email.

Processing Orders
All orders placed before 11:00 am Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped that day (you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking). Orders placed after 11:00 am PST Monday – Thursday will be processed and shipped the following day (you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking). Orders placed Friday after 11:00 am PST – Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. We currently do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Free Shipping: 5-10 Business Days*
First Class: 3-10 Business Days*
Priority Mail: 1-5 Business Days*

* Please be advised that suggested delivery times are an estimate provided by USPS but are NOT Guaranteed. Shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. 

Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email that provides you with tracking information.

Shipping Rates
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight and location of your products.

Free Shipping
Free shipping will only be available on promotions and will be displayed sitewide.  Only valid for domestic CONUS  and does not apply to international orders.

Back Orders
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

Priority Mail –
Always Fast Shipping | We know how important it is for you to get your CBD Vape Juice or Oil Tinctures as fast as possible. After all who likes waiting right! That is exactly why all orders placed before 11:00 am Monday – Friday will be processed and shipped that business day*. Excludes weekends and holidays.

Our products will be packaged discreetly and safely to assure your products get to you safe and sound.

What happens after my order from AVIDA CBD has been placed?
After your order has been placed you’ll receive an order confirmation email.

What if my package is Lost or Stolen?

• Packages shown delivered to your address but seems to be lost / stolen must be addressed with your local post office. We cannot accept any liability for lost. stolen or delayed orders.
• We will not be responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address due to a customer entering the wrong shipping address upon checkout.
